Here are a couple of options –
You have a choice (with either option) that filling and submitting the form can either display a message that says the form was submitted, or automatically go back to any page on the website that you choose to have them directed to, such as the home page or the promotions page.
Option 1 – form made MyEmma to embed on the website.
(Kind of clunky and can’t be customized for size, background color…)
You would have to decide where to put this on the website.
Option 2 – clicking the link opens a plain blank page that contains
the form as it is set to do now, or we could have it go to a page
that looks just like this one with just the form on it.
